What is inOrder, exactly?
inOrder is an embeddable lightweight planning widget. Funeral homes, cemeteries, and their partners add a small script to their existing website, and families get a guided, self-serve planning experience — under your brand, without leaving your site.
Does inOrder replace our existing website or process?
No — it adds to it. inOrder embeds into the pages you already have. Families can still call or come in person any time; the Planner is simply another way in, for people who'd rather start online.
Who is inOrder built for?
Primarily funeral home owners and directors, plus cemeteries. We also work with insurers and estate planners who want to offer a trusted planning experience to the clients they already serve.
How long does setup take?
Most organizations are live with a branded embed within a few weeks of signing on, depending on how much brand customization is needed. Reach out and we can give you a specific timeline.
Does the embed slow down our website?
No. The widget loads asynchronously and is built to have a negligible effect on your page load time or Core Web Vitals.
